TrueCues
Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and payments made through PayPal. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time. Orders normally ship the next business day. The time needed for your merchandise to arrive will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect approximately a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using FedEx Ground, UPS or US Postal Service. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. TrueCues will pay the shipping costs on all orders over $50 shipped in the USA. We will ship via FedEx to other parts of the world to customers that contact us with regards to shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments. Shipments damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Shipping address differs from billing address. For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file.

Returns

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at support@TrueCues.com for instructions. Please do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions and a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Non-Defective Returns. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our Customer Service department at support@TrueCues.com. All non-defective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. We do not refund shipping costs if the return is not a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee, on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out, there will be a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees. Send us an email with "RETURN" in the subject field, at which time a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. We will not accept returns after 30 days.

Incorrect Merchandise. If you received a different product than purchased, email our Customer Service department at support@TrueCues.com for instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Please return incorrect merchandise with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee, on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
